All clients are expected to communicate any tardiness. However after 15mins, your session will be FORFEITED and a rescheduling fee of $75 will apply.

Clients have 24hrs to RESCHEDULE/MODIFY the session post booking, without penalties. A partial refund may be granted at the company's discretion in the event of cancellation within a 24-hour timeframe.

Sessions canceled at fault of the client will NOT be refunded.

Payment is required at the time of booking. No sessions will be held prior to payment. Invoices sent out must be paid within 24hrs after I send them out, otherwise your session will be FORFEITED.

Do you have payment options? Yes, I offer AfterPay for all services upon request. Events & Weddings require a $500 non-refundable retainer to hold your desired date. A payment plan and contract will be generated to pay the remaining balance.

Families with more than 5 individuals will incur an additional fee. This fee will be communicated to you in advance and invoiced separately.

All galleries will be sent to clients 14 business days post session. This doesn’t include weekends or holidays. If you want your gallery returned sooner, a $100 rush fee will be invoiced and you’ll receive your gallery within 24-48hrs. (Wedding and Event Galleries vary between 4-6 weeks)

We ask that you and your party arrive “Session Ready”. This means hair, makeup, nails and accessories are all on. Please plan and coordinate accordingly.

Clients are allowed ONE guest to attend their session. Minors may have TWO

Cell phone photography is NOT allowed during sessions. Failure to comply will result in termination of your session without any refunds.

Travel outside of Fayetteville is $1.50 per mile. Travel fees are to be invoiced separately upon booking.
